Kishore Kumar (Hindi: किशोर कुमार) (August 4, 1929 — October 13, 1987) was an Indian film playback singer and comic actor. He also achieved notable successes as a lyricist, composer, producer, director, screenwriter and scriptwriter.Kishore Kumar has sung in many Indian languages including Hindi, Bengali (his mother tongue), Marathi, Assamese, Gujarati, Kannada, Bhojpuri, Malayalam and Oriya. Along with Mukesh and Mohammed Rafi, he was one of the three leading male Bollywood playback singers from the 1950s to the mid-1980s. He holds the record for most number of Filmfare Awards won for Best Male Playback Singer…..

Lata Mangeshkar ( born September 28, 1929) is a highly known playback singer in the Indian Hindi movie industry. Mangeshkar’s career started in 1942 and has spanned over six decades. She has done playback singing for over 980 Bollywood movies, and has sung songs in over twenty Indian languages. She is the elder sister of the equally accomplished singer, Asha Bhosle….
Awards and recognitions;
Lata Mangeshkar has won several awards and honors, including Padma Bhushan (1969), Padma Vibhushan (1999), Dada Saheb Phalke Award (1989), Bharat Ratna (2001), three National Film Awards, and 12 Bengal Film Journalists’ Association Awards. She has also won four Filmfare Best Female Playback Awards. In 1969, she made the unusual gesture of giving up Filmfare Best Female Playback Award, in order to promote fresh talent. She was later awarded Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award in 1993.
In 1984, the State Government of Madhya Pradesh instituted the Lata Mangeshkar Award in honor of Lata Mangeshkar. The State Government of Maharashtra also instituted a Lata Mangeshkar Award in 1992.
In 1974, The Guinness Book of Records listed Lata Mangeshkar as the most recorded artist in the history, stating that she had reportedly recorded “not less than 25,000 solo, duet and chorus backed songs in 20 Indian languages” between 1948 and 1974.
Although the entry has not been printed in Guinness editions since 1991, reputable sources claim that she has recorded thousands of songs, with estimates ranging up to figures as large as 50,000.
Lata is the second vocalist to receive “Bharat Ratna”, India’s highest civilian honour……

SONG LYRICS:
I look into your eyes,
So far away.
There’s trouble on your mind,
You’re loosing faith.
Hey now
Let me hold you.
It will be o.k.
Cause i will love you,
Till they take my heart away.
Remember when you called,
And said goodbye.
You thought we’ve lost it all
And so did i.
Even if i lost you,
It will be the same.
Cause i will love you,
Till they take my heart away…..
Believe, i’m here to stay.
Cause i will love you,
Till they take my heart away.
Now we’re stronger than before,
We made it through.
I never felt more sure,
Because of you.
Hey now, are you listening.
Can you hear me say,
That i will love you,
Till they take my heart away…
Believe, i’m here to stay.
Cause i will love you,
Till they take my heart away…
Believe, in me, i’m here to stay.
Cause i will love you,
Till they take my heart away…
Away, away…….
Cause i will love you,
Till they take my heart away.

He shares the $1.4-million prize with two other scientists. The film is based on true events related to militancy in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. The film was released on August 7, 2006 worldwide. The film was dubbed into Tamil as Aran. The title is derived from the Indian gallantry award, Kirti Chakra. The film was a critical and commercial success. Kirtichakra is one of the few films to depict the operation style of the National Security Guards. Major Mahadevan (Mohanlal) is an officer deputed to the National Security Guards (NSG), and has been assigned on counter terrorism activities in Kashmir and commands an elite group of NSG commandos. He calls back his buddy pair Havildar Jaikumar (Jeeva) from his honeymoon leave because he had received an information about major activities of the militants and he felt Jaikumar is needed for the team. The commandos raid a mosque in civilian dress and seize a big collection of arms and explosives. Later during an operation focused on some cottages near the Dal Lake, a commando in the team is killed and an outraged Jaikumar shoots down a captured terrorist who challenges the commandos. A human rights activist (Shwetha Menon) learns about this and threatens to file a complaint with the government. She later understands the situation and the sincerity of the commandos and decides not to proceed with the complaint. Meanwhile a group of terrorists from Afghanistan and Pakistan conspire to hit the Hazratbal Shrine with a missile, and they thinks this will create unrest in the region and the Indian army will be blamed for this. They highjack a house which offers good vantage point to the shrine and plants the missile there. Some of them rapes a girl in the house and shoots a person who protests. A military patrolling vehicle hears the gunshot and as they approach the house, they are fired upon. The patrolling team intimates the NSG, and Mahadevan and his team immediately joins the battle. After a long operation, the team kills the terrorists, frees the civilian hostages and disarms the missile. But a civilian informs that the chief of the terrorists is not to be seen among the corpses, and the commandos start a combing operation in the house. They locate the terrorist and Mahadevan recognises the man has the same person who had killed his wife and daughter. The terrorist is killed but he manages to shoot at Mahadevan. Mahadevan is covered by Jaikumar who gets hit by the bullet and dies. Jaikumar is awarded the Kirti Chakra posthumousl
